THINGS TO BRING & REMINDERS:

• Mats & Comfort Items
Forest bathing takes place directly on the forest floor. If you prefer a bit of extra comfort, you’re welcome to bring your own sit mat or yoga mat. Mats are not provided on-site to keep the setup light, movable, and natural.
• Phone Use
We kindly ask that phones be kept on silent or unused during the session. While we understand the desire to take photos, minimizing phone use helps everyone slow down and stay fully present in the natural surroundings.
• Trail & Footwear
The session includes walking along forest trails. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes suitable for uneven ground. Avoid open-toed footwear. Dress in layers appropriate for the weather, as temperatures may vary within the forest. Long sleeves and pants can also help protect against insects and plants.
• Hydration & Snacks
Bringing a water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated. Waters are provided, but we recommend bringing your own.
